The installation was really good. The fitters were polite, professional and installed the frame and door expertly. They left the job in a very neat and tidy fashion. I've just renewed the glass in a large Georgian bow window. I chose crystal clear windows because the knowledgeable young salesman convinced me they were one of the best and I'm glad I did. The fitters were on time and fitted all the glass in less than an hour and did a marvellous job of cleaning the whole window it all looks brand new and a ten year guarantee. Well done Crystal clear.

Thank you so much our windows they are just what we wanted, I had a special request of a square bay down stairs, what can we say other than it looks just as I imagined, the others are lovely looks so classy,we've now got the poshest house on the drive lol.

From start to finish we couldn't fault the service, can we also say the guys who installed the windows where friendly curtious and utterly reliable and very tidy.

The fitter arrived spot on time . Was very pleasant. I explained the present porch construction as I had built it . He then set to dismantling the old porch . I asked on numerous occasions if hed like a cuppa but said he wanted to keep going . All went very well n after it was complete he explained how to adjust the door incase it settled off square . Its still perfect I'm very pleased with the result .All rubbish was removed n swept clean. I recommend the company to anyone looking for quality thanks verymuch Crystal clear.

From the initial consultation to the fitting of our replacememnt units, we are very happy with the service we recieved. All the staff involved were polite, respectful of our property, and worked quickly and efficiently. The new units have definitely made a difference to the heat loss, and noise reduction. We would use Crystal Clear Windows again, if needed.

Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. Listened to our requirements and were able to match our needs. The survey was done a few days later to confirm the measurements etc. and then a date was agreed for the installation. We had a call the day before to confirm the installation and what time they would arrive. Arrived bang on time and completed the work in a little over 2 hours. Great job and all contacts with Crystal Clear were professionally handled. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had this company come to our door and once we discussed our individual needs they were happy to go with what we wanted. There was no hard sell to do other things that we did not need at the time. Fitted within two weeks, which was wonderful, the workmanship is great and the door secured by a Yale lock to give peace of mind. From the outset the process of supplying and fitting my new patio doors was efficient and stress free.
